Custom Structural Variant Controls
Custom Structural Variant Controls are synthetic nucleic acids that contain specific sequence variations, such as insertions, deletions, inversions, or translocations. They are used as reference materials or quality controls for next-generation sequencing (NGS) or polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based testing methods.
RNA or DNA gene-fusion sequences and certain CNV variants can be made in purified RNA or DNA, or in human plasma, or in FFPE formats. Contact us for further details.
